Remastering, the developer’s easy way out? BCM215 Beta

First DA blog post: https://keighran.wordpress.com/2019/09/24/game-remastering-safe-way-out/

With my first of 3 blog posts planned for my digital artefacts done, it is time to have a quick look at how it is progressing. I am yet to gain any significant feedback or engagement with the blog post, all apart from one post which received a string of comments from various accounts discussing my topic. So far I have tried posting of subreddits such as the PS4 subreddit and some other vaguely related subreddits like gamers. These are enormous threads that I am posting to, so I know it is a bit harder to be recognised here as a posed to some smaller threads with much less content to sift through.

Never the less this was the one post that generated conversation and the engagement is received:

To be honest, even though this was the only post which received a decent amount of engagement, I was super happy with it. It seems to have sparked some genuine conversation about  the topic I decided to go with, and the comments actually contain arguments from both sides of the situation. This is perfect I believe, and crucial to understanding a topic effectively.

This is a great result in the process of my digital artefact, and with a minimum of 2 more posts which will dive deeper into the topic, this has created a good base to return post the newer blog posts in order to hopefully receive follow up engagement with the same people that were obviously already interested in my topic. The next blog post is scheduled to be posted by the 7th of October, keep an eye out!
